Good things first 1. The rooms and the hotel on the whole is very clean. 2. The location is very good. 3. They allowed an early check in by about 3 hours Now what was not good 1. The bathroom was smelling awful. That made our stay miserable. 2. The TV was not working. 3. The breakfast served was minimal - 3 puries with vegitable, a chutney sandwich with a small cup of tea. It was not a buffet. 4. The room size is 10 ft x 11 ft. and not as stated in their description. 5. The reception staff is courteous but not effective in solving the issues.

Place is at great location and the staff is too behaved and a gentlemen. However you may find accesories like iron or hair dryer not available for deluxe rooms. Overall it was a great stay and the food was delicious. The chef can be really complemented for he do listens and understands the taste. Overall a good hospitality.

My stay at this hotel was deeply disappointing due to its cramped rooms, lack of essential amenities, and poor hygiene standards. The room was uncomfortably small, and the absence of hot water due to a malfunctioning geyser was a major inconvenience, inadequately addressed by the staff. The issue of cleanliness was glaring, especially with the dirty pillows and even dirtier pillow covers, raising serious hygiene concerns. Overall, the hotel's failure to ensure basic comfort, cleanliness, and effective problem resolution made for an unsatisfactory experience.

Very terrible experience in this property fab prime at Indore . Washroom was stinging with flow of water . Breakfast was winded of without informing before time at 9.45 am Even water bottle was not provided on 18 morning at 6 am . The person asked for a payment for it . Overall ambiance also not good . Very pathetic & bad experience. I will not recommend for anyone

Would've rated less than one star if I had the option. Pathetic experience. The whole room was stinking with dirty linen, vintage class AC, seepage of all possible walls in the room. There were no toiletries (not even toilet tissue). No parking available as mentioned in the description. The in house restaurant was another nightmare and a poorest standard of cutlery.

Hotel is not very good. No buffet breakfast and not much choices in breakfast. The rooms are very small. Don't expect toothbrush, toothpaste, coffee maker, sleepers etc to be provided in the hotel. Staff is very courteous and tries to fulfill all your requirements.

We 6 batcher friends stay here. Nice location very reasonable price. Rooms were neat and clean. Service also good. We did not eat food there because it was mix veg and non veg. Overall good. In low Budget you get good hotel.
